Why is the dashboard free?
Descriptive analytics is already a mature, well-loved free commodity (Plan Player Analytics). We match it for free, hosted, zero setup — that's the hook, never the paid core. What we charge for is the loop that acts and proves it: watchlist, win-back, and holdout lift.
What is a control group / holdout?
Before every win-back campaign, Minealyze automatically reserves a comparable group that is not contacted. The lift you see — retention or revenue — is measured against that group, never assumed.
Does Minealyze push pay-to-win offers?
No. Every generated or executed action stays cosmetic or social — ranks without gameplay advantage, cosmetics, non-P2W coupons. Nothing sensitive ever sends without your preview and confirmation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — plans are monthly, no lock-in, managed from the billing portal.
